Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VisionGuard mobile application (com.visionae.visionvpn) and related provisioning services operated by Future Vision Mobile Development. By downloading or using VisionGuard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service description

VisionGuard is a VPN client that connects to VPN servers using profiles you configure manually or receive from an authorized administrator. The app supports WireGuard, OpenVPN, and IKEv2 tunnels through native iOS and Android VPN APIs.

3. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must comply with applicable laws and your organization's policies. You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, or unauthorized access to networks.
• Share, resell, or redistribute managed access codes without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or circumvent security controls.
• Use the app in a manner that harms our infrastructure or other users.

4. Managed access

If you receive access through an organization, your administrator controls provisioning, profile updates, and revocation. Managed profiles are read-only in the app. Access may be withdrawn at any time by your administrator.

5. Consumer mode

If you add your own VPN profiles, you are responsible for the legality of those connections, server credentials, and compliance with your VPN provider's terms.

6. No warranty

VisionGuard is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. VPN connectivity depends on network conditions, server status, and device permissions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Vision Mobile Development shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of VisionGuard.

8. Third-party services

The app may interact with third-party VPN servers, app stores, and optional speed-test endpoints. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

VisionGuard, its branding, and software are owned by Future Vision Mobile Development or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership rights in the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to provisioning services if you violate these Terms or if required for security. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
