Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Future Vision Mobile Development ("we", "us") operates the VisionGuard mobile application and provisioning service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using VisionGuard, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
- Managed access: When your organization provisions you, the app stores an access code and encrypted VPN profile bundle on your device.
- Consumer mode: If you add your own VPN profiles, server addresses, usernames, and keys are stored locally on your device.
- Support: If you contact us, we receive the information you send (such as email address and message content).
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Provisioning API: When the app redeems or refreshes an access code, our server records the request timestamp, a hashed client identifier, client IP address, and audit events (for example provision success, refresh, or revocation).
- Speed test (optional): If you run the in-app speed test, the app may contact third-party measurement endpoints (such as fast.com) to estimate download, upload, and latency. Results are stored locally in app history on your device.
- Diagnostics: Debug reports you choose to copy from Settings contain device and VPN state information you may share with support.
2.3 What we do not collect
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not operate third-party advertising or analytics SDKs inside the app.
- We do not log the contents of your VPN browsing traffic on our provisioning servers. VPN payload traffic is handled by your VPN server infrastructure, not by VisionGuard's provisioning API.
3. How we use information
- Deliver and update encrypted VPN profiles to authorized clients.
- Enforce access control, including revocation when an admin disables a client.
- Maintain security, rate limiting, and audit logs for the provisioning service.
- Respond to support requests and improve app reliability.
4. Data storage and security
VPN credentials and keys are stored on your device using platform secure storage. Profile bundles are encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on the provisioning server (AES-256-GCM with server-side keys). Admin audit logs are stored on the server hosting the provisioning API.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share data only:
- With your organization's administrator who issued your access.
- With infrastructure providers that host our API (under confidentiality obligations).
- When required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
6. Your rights and choices
- Leave managed mode: You can exit managed access in Settings, which removes provider profiles and the stored access code from your device.
- Delete local data: Uninstalling the app removes locally stored profiles and settings.
- Access revocation: Contact your administrator to revoke managed access on the server.
- Privacy requests: Email [email protected] for questions or requests regarding your data.
7. Children's privacy
VisionGuard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. International users
Your information may be processed in countries where our servers and service providers operate. We apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.
9. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
